How long should I expect to wait for my customized items?

Custom shirts, apparel, and promotional items will on average take 5-10 business days from final approval. Please contact us for turnaround times.

What can JRJ Design do/create?

Can you create my design for me?

Yes! We can create custom design work based off your needs. Please contact us for a consultation.

Can I use my own artwork?

Of Course! Files will need to be submitted through email as either a: JPEG, PDF, SVG, or PNG. All artwork must be at least 300 dpi.
(Additional fees may apply if artwork needs additional editing or design services)
